Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and manufactured within 2–4 business days.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Free Ground Shipping
- USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
- USPS Priority Mail Express Flat Rate
Delivery times shown by the carrier begin after your order has been manufactured and shipped.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
MehrTurbo is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the product.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
