Because our products are made to order, please read our return policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Typical production time is 2–4 business days, followed by the selected shipping method.

Production times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

If production has already started, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation may not always be possible.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
